Everything you need to know about using your Team Management Platform
Navigate to your Team Control Panel login page and enter the email and password provided during registration. Once logged in, you'll see a dashboard showing your team's current statistics.
Navigate to Staff Management in the sidebar to invite your coaching team. Click Add New User and assign specific roles:
Each staff member will receive their own login credentials and will only see the sections they have permission to access.
Go to Team Positions under the Athletes section. Add sport-specific positions for your roster (e.g., Setter, Outside Hitter, Libero for volleyball teams).
Note: This step is optional. If you're a personal trainer without specific positions, you can skip this entirely.
Navigate to Athletes and click Add New Athlete. Fill in their details:
The system will automatically generate a unique Player Code (e.g., A-8D4F12) for each athlete. They'll use this code along with their email to log into the Athlete Portal.
Click on Groups to create training squads or organizational units (e.g., Varsity Team, JV Team, Recovery Group). After creating a group, you can assign multiple athletes to it.
Why use groups? Groups allow you to filter reports, view group-specific analytics, and quickly assign workout templates to entire squads at once.
If your subscription includes the Fitness Module, navigate to Template Groups to organize your workout library. Create categories like:
Then go to Program Templates and build reusable workout routines. You can include exercises from the global library or your team's custom exercises. Specify sets, reps, weight (kg), and rest intervals.
Go to Programs and select an athlete and date. You can either:
Programs support supersets (grouping exercises with letters A, B, C) and include fields for sets, reps, kg, rest time, and coach notes.
If your subscription includes the Physio Module, medical staff can navigate to Physio and log injury sessions. For each session, you can record:
Any instructions you write will appear as a prominent green alert on the athlete's mobile dashboard so they can't miss it.

Once logged in, they can view their daily workouts, log completed sets/reps/weights, read physio instructions, and track their progress over time.
Admins, Head Coaches, and Managers can access Reports & Analytics to view:
All charts are interactive and can be filtered by position, date range, and group.
The platform uses a sophisticated role-based access control system to ensure that each staff member only sees the information relevant to their responsibilities.

Complete system control. Can manage staff accounts, modify subscription settings, access all modules, and configure team-wide settings like custom positions.
Full access to athlete management, fitness programming, and group organization. Can view physio reports but cannot edit medical data.
Specialized access to the fitness module. Can create workout programs, manage exercise libraries, and build templates. Cannot access medical data.
